Wednesday. The Perth study has been given an award. A Best of Morty, for 2024. I have polished the mantel to receive it.
The Doctor won nothing in his life except an argument with a camel, and even that is disputed by the camel. Now his study, which I have dusted every day, is recognised across the world. I am not saying the dusting did it. I am not saying it did not.
People ask whether an award means the study is difficult. The management calls it seven out of ten. The clues are in plain sight, mostly; the Doctor never hid anything well. It is understanding them that takes the time, and the Caller does not help.
A party of first-timers tried it this afternoon and asked for a hint, then another. That is permitted and sensible. I asked the Doctor for directions every day for twenty-two years. He never gave a single one, which is why I approve of anyone who does.
